Before you book

Still have a question?

Write to us and someone from the crew answers, not a bot.

We answer in under 10 minutes, every day from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Ask on WhatsApp
Do I need to know how to swim?

No. The life jacket floats on its own and the guide stays with you in the water. Anyone who would rather not go in can watch Los Arcos from the deck.

What if it rains?

With light rain we sail anyway; the bay is usually calm. If the harbormaster closes the port, you change the date or we refund the deposit.

Can children come?

Yes, from 4 years old. We carry life jackets in every size and lunch at Las Ánimas gives them beach time.

How much walking is there in Quimixto?

About 25 minutes along a trail to the waterfall. Anyone who would rather not walk stays on the beach or rides up on horseback at their own expense.
