What we ask for in order to take you out to sea, what we use it for and how you ask us to delete it.

What we collect
Only what a trip needs: name, phone number, email address, date, departure time and number of people. If you tell us something about your health that matters for the activity, we keep it only until the trip is over.
What we use it for
To confirm your booking, arrange boarding, warn you about weather changes, issue your receipt and answer your questions before and after the trip.
Additional purposes
If you let us, we write now and then about seasons and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time and you will still be able to book exactly as before.
Who we share it with
With the captain and crew of your trip, and with the payment processor when you pay by card. We do not sell or trade your data with third parties for advertising.
Your data rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to our contact address. We answer within 20 working days and ask nothing in return.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising or profiling cookies. We store only the minimum in your browser, so it remembers the language you are reading in.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require; everything else is deleted once there is no reason to hold on to it.
Changes to this notice
When something important changes we publish it here and update the date at the top. The version on this page is always the one in force.
