Vallarta TOURS runs boat trips inside Bahía de Banderas with local captains and crew. Booking any of our experiences means you accept these terms; if any of them does not work for you, write to us before you confirm.
A booking is confirmed once we receive the 30% deposit; the rest is paid on the day of the trip, before we cast off. Seats are held in the order they are confirmed, not in the order they are asked for.
You can move or cancel your trip free of charge up to 48 hours before departure and we return the full deposit. Inside those 48 hours the deposit stays with us as credit, good for six months on the date you choose.
Safety comes first: the captain may delay, shorten, reroute or cancel a trip because of wind, swell or a port authority notice. When the cancellation is ours, you choose between moving the date and getting everything you paid back.
Please arrive 30 minutes before departure at the dock named in your confirmation. The boat cannot wait for latecomers, and in that case the trip counts as taken.
Life jackets are compulsory while under way and the captain's instructions are followed at all times. We may refuse boarding, or end a trip, if someone puts the group at risk or arrives in no condition to sail.
Minors always travel with a responsible adult. If you are pregnant, have reduced mobility or a condition that gets worse at sea, tell us when you book: some activities, snorkeling among them, may not be for you.
Prices are published in Mexican pesos per person and include what each experience lists. We may update them at any time, but they never change the price of a booking that is already confirmed.
The copy, photographs and marks on this site are ours or used with permission. If we take pictures on board and want to publish them, we ask you first; saying no changes nothing about your trip.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and anything that needs sorting out is handled first between us, in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, or before PROFECO where that applies.
