Before you book
Still have a question?
Write to us and someone from the crew answers, not a bot.
We answer in under 10 minutes, every day from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Ask on WhatsAppIs entry to the Hidden Beach guaranteed?
The reserve issues a limited number of wristbands per day and we hold them with your booking. If the sea does not allow entry, that day is swapped for snorkeling at Isla Redonda and we refund the difference.
Do I need to know how to swim?
For the Hidden Beach, yes: you swim about 30 meters through a tunnel. Non-swimmers enjoy the rest of the trip from the boat.
Why groups of 12?
It is the most the reserve allows per boat. That is why it pays to book weeks ahead.
Can children come?
Yes, from 6 years old and swimming well. Under-6s cannot enter the Hidden Beach under the reserve's rules.
