Whale watching
Every winter the humpbacks come to Banderas Bay to give birth and raise their calves. We sail for four hours with a certified guide and a hydrophone on board to hear them sing. If we do not see them, you repeat the trip at no cost.

Before you book
Still have a question?
Write to us and someone from the crew answers, not a bot.
We answer in under 10 minutes, every day from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Ask on WhatsAppWhat if we do not see whales?
You repeat the trip at no cost on any day you like within the season. In ten years it has happened to us four times.
Which departure is better, morning or afternoon?
The 8:00 am one has the flattest sea; the 3:00 pm one comes back with the sunset light. Whale activity is similar in both.
Can children come?
Yes. We carry life jackets in every size and the trip is short. For children under 4 we recommend the private boat.
How close does the boat get?
Mexican regulations require 60 meters of distance and engines off. If they come closer on their own, we stay still.
